LL.B. (Honors) in Intellectual Property Rights [Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law]

Eligibility – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Medicine or equivalent with 60% marks from a recognised University/ Institute OR Master’s Degree in Science or Pharmacy or equivalent with 60% marks OR MBA Degree with any of the above with 60% marks.
Admission Procedure - The admission is based on the score in the Law School Admission Test for India (LSAT-India) created for admissions to law schools in India by the Law School Admission Council, USA (LSAC) which is a non-profit corporation whose members are more than 200 law schools in the United States, Canada and Australia. The LSAT-India is administered by Pearson VUE in India at any of the test centres spread across 16 cities in India (For details visit www.pearsonvueindia.com/lsatindia)/ Law School Admission Test (LSAT-Global TEST) conducted by the Law School Admission Council, USA (LSAC) (For details visit www.lsac.org). For Geophysics & Geological Sciences - Bachelor’s degree with Geology as a subject for three years/ six semesters and any two subjects among Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biological Sciences. The candidate should have passed Mathematics at (10+2) level. The candidates have to qualify JAM Geology (GG) Paper for admission.

For admission to Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D. Programmes, the General/ OBC category candidates should have scored 55% aggregate marks (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined); while the SC, ST and PD category candidates should have score at least 50% aggregate marks (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) in the qualifying degree. For candidates with letter grades/ CGPA (instead of percentage of marks), the equivalence in percentage of marks will be decided by the Institute. The admission to Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D. Programmes is based on the score in the Joint Admission Test for M.Sc.
